EUA Analytics is a data analytics platform that provides tools and information related to European Union Allowance (EUA) carbon credit markets. The Service includes:

• Market data visualisation and analysis tools
• Options gamma exposure analysis
• Trading position tracking and management tools
• Market indicators and regime analysis
• Daily email market summaries
• Commitment of Traders (COT) data analysis

Access to the Service requires authentication. By creating an account, you:

• Confirm that you are at least 18 years of age
• Agree to provide accurate account information
• Are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• Are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Will notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

The Service offers different subscription tiers:

• Free Tier: Access to basic analytics, market data, and indicators
• Paid Tier: Additional features including Trade Notes and premium content in daily email summaries

We reserve the right to modify features available in each tier at any time. Paid subscriptions are subject to the payment terms communicated at the time of subscription.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. NOTHING ON THIS PLATFORM CONSTITUTES FINANCIAL, INVESTMENT, LEGAL, OR TAX ADVICE.

• The information, analysis, indicators, and tools provided are not recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any financial instruments
• We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner
• Any trading decisions you make are solely your own responsibility

The Service aggregates data from various third-party sources, including but not limited to:

• ICE (Intercontinental Exchange) - Futures and options settlement data
• CFTC (Commodity Futures Trading Commission) - Commitment of Traders reports
• Eurostat - EU industrial production and emissions data
• EEX (European Energy Exchange) - Auction data
• Ember - Electricity generation mix data

Important: We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed on the platform. Data may be delayed (typically by 24 hours for settlement data) and may contain errors. You should independently verify any data before relying on it for trading decisions.

We strive to maintain the Service's availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Unscheduled technical issues
• Third-party data provider outages
• Force majeure events

We do not provide any Service Level Agreement (SLA) guarantees and shall not be liable for any losses arising from Service unavailability.

You agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
• Not interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Not redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit the Service without permission
• Maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information accessed through the Service
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and the arrangement thereof, are owned by Svetlo Carbon Limited or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind
• We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or trading losses
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
• We may delete your account and associated data
• Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive will remain in effect
